ACCOMPLISHED AND DISTINGUISHED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BENCH

A Perspective Few Can Offer

Trial strategy informed by decades as both a trial attorney and Connecticut Superior Court Judge

Built on Experience.

Prepared for Trial.

Hon. Kevin Randolph (Ret.) served as a Connecticut Superior Court Judge for nineteen years, presiding over criminal, family, juvenile, and foreclosure matters and authoring approximately one hundred published decisions. Today, he brings that unique perspective to attorneys through jury consultation, trial strategy, witness preparation, and litigation consulting.

His experience from both counsel table and the bench allows him to evaluate cases through the eyes of the court while helping trial teams present their strongest case.

In 2024, he received national and international attention for his work as the trial judge in a widely watched murder case covered by the Law and Crime Network and Court TV.

Trial Strategy Built on Judicial Experience.

Successful trial preparation begins long before opening statements. Randolph Trial Law Center partners with attorneys to strengthen jury selection, witness presentation, and overall trial strategy through practical insight gained from decades in the courtroom.

  • Jury Consulation

Every jury trial presents unique challenges. Effective preparation requires more than knowing the law—it requires understanding how jurors think, how judges evaluate arguments, and how witnesses are perceived in the courtroom.

Hon. Kevin Randolph (Ret.) will work with trial attorneys and litigation teams to strengthen trial presentation before the first juror is sworn.
